With over 25 years’ experience in HR consultancy and leadership, my expertise spans employment law, dispute resolution, change management, HR due diligence, and the HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as restructuring and redundancy procedures. As the Founder and Director of SJ (HR) Consulting, I have successfully spearheaded HR projects for owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and blue-chip clients, often leading the HR function within each organisation. Previously, I led and developed the HR team at Wilkins Kennedy LLP, a top 20 UK accountancy firm, serving as the Director of HR for more than five years. My mission is to support clients in integrating best practices and complying with evolving HR legislation in their daily operations. I am committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment for both employees and employers. I am also an Associate Member of the CIPD, I hold an MBA from the University of Exeter and a B.A. (Hons) in Industrial Relations, Social Policy and Administration from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
