I set up Pollen to improve the way young people navigate their early careers. Having recruited, mentored and tutored many young people over the last decade, I am on a mission to break down the many barriers they face when looking for their right path, and champion those who deserve a fairer chance. With the help of my incredible young team, Holly, Jarrod, Caden and Tameika (recruited through Pollen!), I have created a community of 2,500 job seekers where anyone can come to access real-world advice about jobs, regardless of their background. We have worked with businesses across all kinds of sectors and roles to match-make them with members of our community, including charity, marketing and production.
