Or if you want to be official; An ICF (International Coaching Federation) professional coach, Animas Accredited Transformative Coach, Certified Trauma and Breathwork therapist, Certified Yoga and Meditation teacher and a former business developer. I believe that in order to find lasting happiness, we must: 1. Reach our full potential (= life purpose) 2. Learn how to access and to enjoy daily moments of flow. For people pleasers, this journey can be especially challenging. My job is to help you achieve your potential while freeing you from the guilt, shame, and expectations imposed by societal, cultural, and personal norms.
