I founded my business in 2019 after leaving a director position in a global financial company. We partner with mainly fintech companies (varying sizes start up to large scale) to create more gender equity and women in leadership through training, coaching and consultancy. I also consult with start ups on creating a people first culture from the get go and support hiring, talent development and culture. Based in Brighton and a mum to 2 young boys.
