I have extensive experience in Customer Success, Journey Analysis, Revenue Generation and Customer Retention, gained from working with start up to scale up B2B SaaS companies over a span of 10+ years. I have worked across global regions and customer bases, and understand the agility needed to build a scalable business.
Reducing customer churn and creating customers who are brand advocates on a scalable level are my core expertise. I recently worked with an early stage start up on their customer advocacy program, resulting in a 25% increase in engagement with the program itself. I have also previously increased customer portfolio NRR by 20% within 6 months, by revamping a deployment and ongoing relationship management approach.
I am also passionate about the role of authenticity in business, both customer facing and internally, and about enabling true professional growth for those I lead or work with.
