My mission is to make the Chief of Staff skillset more affordable and available, especially for Female Founders, as we’re already on the back foot on the business playing field. Great leaders usually have one thing in common, and it is a great leadership operating system. A system that they have designed for themselves or that has been designed for them (usually by a CoS), which they can then thrive in as a whole person. However, this does not have to be a privilege reserved only for the (let’s face it, most likely male) CEO of a large corp with a large C-Suite team. I would argue that this is a system you should build from day 1/team of 1 because: ⭐ It prevents burnout ⭐ It provides the structure to protect your mental health and best use your energies ⭐ It ensures you work on the business as well as in it ⭐ It gives you the strategic advantage ⭐ It provides you with absolute clarity and focus on who you are, why you’re doing it and how you will get there All in all, it is a system that is built for you and will create the structure for you to thrive (which you’ll need to do) if you want to reach that vision.
