SIC
Helping businesses to develop inclusive organisations for disabled and neurodivergent users.
We provide businesses with access to training, consulting, and workshops focused on how best to support the 23% of the working-aged population who are disabled.
We bring our own lived experience of disability and neurodivergence and intersectional perspectives to create engaging learning. With methodologies such as 1:1 ongoing consulting, workshops, team learning days, LEGO Serious Play, and game play scenarios we create memorable learning that will impact communications, accessibility, and inclusion moving forward.
Our business model is non-profit meaning that when organisations work with us they help us to support disabled and neurodivergent professionals in their career progression at any stage of their career journeys. This includes free access to e-learning, resources and events.
Our work has been recognised with a number of awards including the Women in Social Entrepreneurship (WISE) 100 in 2023 and 2024, the Recruitment Industry Disability Initiative (RIDI) award for best disability specialist and support from Creative UK, Unltd, and the National Lottery.
In three years we have supported 250+ businesses and over 300+ disabled and neurodivergent professionals and featured in the Evening Standard, ITV, Birmingham Live, and Midlands Life.
