Starting her career in sales and finance at Unilever, she completed a high-potential program, led strategic projects, and was mentored by a global executive who taught her to apply strategic thinking and performance frameworks to fuel operational rigour. This prepared her to scale a Loyalty SaaS and marketplace company’s revenue through an aligned commercial strategy and optimised processes, doubling its size to £25m ARR, and to successfully launch a SaaS HR tech business from scratch. She also gained experience in product, customer success and marketing during her tenure as a founding CEO, deepening her capacity to align the various revenue engine functions, streamline operations, and see and test monetisation opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
