I am a keynote speaker, mentor, branding, innovation and communications strategist of 25 years serving C-Suite leaders of multiple FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies. As Former Head of Strategy, at The Future Laboratory my role was to lead a team of 18 writers, researchers and strategists to deliver global strategic foresight, innovation and brand strategy for Google, Facebook, Adidas, Westfield, L’Oreal & Baileys. During my time I also spearheaded change management transformation strategy and implementation to raise investment for The Future Laboratory, now acquired by The Tomorrow Group. My most recent work together with Arthur London was the design and delivery of the award winning NatWest Thrive programme with Marcus Rashford. A money mindset programme for disadvantaged youth across the UK. The Campaign drove increased confidence and mental wellbeing around money and the future: 98% felt more confident around money specifically and 73% increased their overall confidence levels. Prior to The Future Laboratory I ran my own award winning brand design consultancy for 7 years across emerging markets focusing on helping local brands with global expansion through affective brand strategy and creative design (packaging, web and communications). Our work served brands such as Ritz Calton Moscow and the Six Senses Hotel group, winning Effie awards for our PR platform communications and packaging design work.
