Working as a private chef for UHNW individuals for 15 years, I wanted to create a business that would have a positive impact. This is why I started Palm Greens, to show how delicious and exciting plant based and seasonal food can be. We have two salad bars in central London and offer bespoke event catering. Flavours and techniques are very much influenced by my travels. Always looking to excite and bring people together.
