I came out of the corporate world because I wanted to work in fast paced, growth and small organisations and to have the flexibility to spend time at home with my family. I am not a traditional ‘HR’ person. I focus on business outcomes delivered through exceptional people. I work on a range of work from foundational people services through to Fractional Chief People Officer. My services flex to the business and is about making connections and delivering the right outcomes. I am a working class girl who was the first in my family to go to university, I have worked in tech and in life sciences, I have worked as part of a VC and I understand the founder journey as an individual and as a provider of support and services. It is all about building relationships and connections to deliver outcomes.
