Mari Carmen Fitness Ltd was founded by Mari-Carmen in 2017. Mari-Carmen is a nurse, women’s health and fitness coach and pre and postnatal expert. We offer online coaching programs and personal training (online and f2f). FIT MAMA app was founded in 2023 after witnessing first hand the inconsistencies when it comes to health and fitness app specifically for mothers. Mari-Carmen could not find an app specifically for the mother. FIT MAMA supports the mother right from conception through to postpartum and beyond.
