We are a food start-up that focuses on providing sustainable solutions in catering.
Over a period of five years, alongside her marketing career, Lamya, the Founder, decided to explore her passion for food by managing street food stalls and hosting supper clubs.
These experiences allowed her to nurture her love for food, sustainably-minded values, and entrepreneurial instincts. In 2019, Lamya made the decision to leave the corporate world behind to retrain at Le Cordon Bleu and launch arch in 2020.
How we work:
We minimise food waste by recycling, preserving and fermenting and building innovative menus using what we make
We use biodegradable or reusable packaging for deliveries and prioritise suppliers who do the same
We focus on building an organic and ethical supply chain, especially for animal products
Our menus are developed to show that great vegetarian and vegan food means you don’t have to miss eating meat
We are committed to reducing our carbon impact as a business by 10% every year.
We know that people’s attitudes towards food are continually changing. Whether people want to eat differently for health reasons or in a way that helps the planet, arch creates exciting and varied menus that appeal to everyone.
